Congratulations to James River Class of 2010 Published: June 17, 2010 Opened in 1994, James River High School is the first and only Chesterfield County Public High School to be recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Secretary of Education. James River High School’s selection as a Blue Ribbon School validates the excellent work and dedication of its students, staff and community.
