Chesterfield County high schools graduate approximately 4,000 seniors this week. James River High School commencement ceremony took place at noon on Saturday, June 6 at VCU Siegel Center in Richmond. Connor J. Hartnett was named valedictorian and G. Chandler Moore was named salutatorian.

Graduations may also be seen on the Chesterfield County Public Schools’ educational channel. Comcast customers can watch the ceremonies live as well as the replay on Channel 96. Verizon Fios customers will be able to view only the rebroadcast on Channel 26. All rebroadcasts of the graduations will air exactly two weeks after the original ceremony. The ceremony will replay June 20 at noon.
