At 10:30 p.m., on December 26th, police responded to the 600 block of Clearlake Rd. for a disturbance between residents in the home.  As a result of that incident police obtained a warrant for Joseph Scott, 44 years old, for possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony. 

Police negotiators tried unsuccessfully for hours to get Scott to exit the home and surrender.  At 3:30 a.m. today, SWAT removed him from the home and took him into custody.  No one was injured in the original disturbance or subsequent arrest.
