S.H.O.P. tote brings earth-friendly fashion as a renewable resource

Midlothian-based company will be rubbing elbows with the Academy Award nominees this weekend at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills as part of the Secret Room Events. Calypso Studios, brainchild of locals Ed and Kathy Lawrence, is offering one way to be fashionable while caring for the earth with their “Start Helping Our Planet” totes. The couple, with family, is currently handing out the totes and an array of glass, clay, and shell jewelry in California today and tomorrow.

Known as S.H.O.P. totes, it’s packaged in an 8-inch by 6-inch carry case with three sizeable totes that can carry up to 20 pounds. However, the exclusive S.H.O.P. totes can be used for more than an environmentally friendly trip to the grocery store. It can replace numerous bags while out in the marketplace.
