APPLE, David Bryan, 40, of Chesterfield County, departed this life far too soon as a result of a tragic accident on January 1, 2010. He was born September 9, 1969 in Richmond, Va. David is survived by two children, Cari K. Apple, age 22, and Bryan T. Apple, age 15, both of Richmond, Va; grandson, Lucas S. Adams; his mother and father, Barbara J. Apple and Hubert Apple Jr.; two brothers, Darren W. Apple and Daniel R. Apple; sister-in-law, Sandra S. Apple; and his girlfriend, Joyce Rivers; niece, Jennifer Apple - Hinton; and nephew, Christian Apple.

David was a graduate of Meadowbrook High School (Class of ‘89) and attended Emmanuel College. David was the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Miller Edge Corp. of West Grove, Pa. and had worked previously as Sales Manager for his family’s business, Apple Door Systems, Inc. David treasured his children, his family, his girlfriend and his strong Christian faith. David had a wonderful sense of humor and made people laugh wherever he went. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and always rooted for UVA. David was a talented musician and played the trumpet, drums and guitar. In his job, he always sought innovative ways to market his products and build long- term relationships. He was loved dearly by his family and friends and his loss will be felt for a very long time.

The family will receive friends at Bliley’s-Central Chapel, 3801 Augusta Ave, on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from 4 to 8 p.m. and where a funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 12 noon with interment to follow in Dale Memorial park.
